I began my journey in medicine, earning a medical degree in Europe after six years of intensive study and clinical training. However, through hands-on hospital experience, I realized I was drawn more toward systems, efficiency, and scalable problem-solving than individual case-based work. This led me to transition into IT, where I could apply the same analytical rigor to larger systems. I started in enterprise IT support within a global pharmaceutical environment, gaining practical experience in infrastructure operations, troubleshooting, and end-user support, while developing a deep understanding of how technology supports business at scale. Currently, I am actively advancing into cloud engineering and security, building hands-on projects using AWS and expanding my skills in infrastructure, automation, and system design. My focus is not only on technical implementation, but also on improving processes, reducing operational inefficiencies, and delivering measurable value.

Enterprise IT Support

Projects:

Laptop Health Check

Proactively addressed user issues using endpoint health monitoring software. Monitored endpoint health status, identified low-scoring devices, and conducted checks while communicating with users to prevent potential problems before they occurred. This initiative aimed to shift from a reactive approach (“issue occurs → respond → resolve”) to a more proactive, preventative support model.


SD-WAN migration

Conducted on-site network validation at a factory following the relocation of an SD-WAN controller. Verified connectivity, measured performance (speed and stability), and documented results in structured Excel reports organized by site and network segment.

Security Software Sales Expansion Project
